Dr. Tanzey is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. He is a graduate of West Virginia University where he holds a Masters Degree from the Department of Counseling Psychology and Rehabilitation. He also holds a Doctorate Degree in Biblical Studies from Masters School of Divinity.

He served 27 years with the West Virginia Division of Rehabilitation Services prior to joining the staff at Bible Center Church. He and his wife Doris are the parents of three sons, and proud grandparents of two grandchildren.

Sandra S. Stroebel Ph.D
Counselor

Dr. Stroebel is a licensed Psychologist and School Psychologist.  She is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist.  Dr. Stroebel is a member of West Virginia Psychological Association, West Virginia School Psychological Association, and National Association of School Psychologists.  

She has provided counseling services in schools and private psychiatric offices since 1988.  She is currently an Assistant Professor at Marshall University Graduate College.  Dr. Stroebel appreciates the opportunity to share her Christian witness and use her professional skills at Bible Center Church while working with children and adolescents.
