BCS Allergy Alert
Dear Parents,
There are several children at Bible Center School that have serious food allergies to peanut butter and peanut products. These food allergies can cause severe, as well as life threatening reactions by eating, smelling, or touching peanuts or peanut products.
These children may be in the same class as your child or they may come in contact with your child during the school day. Therefore, we are asking the children not to share food and to use proper hand washing techniques.
We must ask you to refrain from sending foods known to contain peanut butter or peanut products. If this is unavoidable please send a note to the teacher so that she is aware of that fact and she can take appropriate action to keep these children safe.
