Third Grade: History
Our American heritage is emphasized from a Biblical perspective. A time line development from just after the Revolutionary War to the Civil war explores our country's history and how it affects our lives today. Maps, globes and charts are utilized to follow American expansion. Students are introduced to the basic concept of US government.
