Kindergarten: Language Listening activities are included in each days lesson. Comprehension is taught on several levels: literal, interpretative, critical, and appreciative. Because writing and learning to read are closely connected composition is a major part of the kindergarten program. Composition is done through experience stories, chalkboard stories and journal writing.
