Admissions: Preschool

If you are interested in pursuing enrollment, please schedule an appointment for a tour
of the facilities,
a review of the Parent Handbook, and
an application for admission.
Preschool: Entrance Requirements
- Age Requirements
Children attending the center must be between the ages of 3 years and 12 years.
- Children must be toilet trained before entering. Pull-ups are considered diapers and are not acceptable. When children with special needs are admitted to the preschool, every possible adjustment will be made to meet those needs.
- Health
Licensing Board requires that all children have a physical examination by a physician, and a written statement of the results must be on file within (30) days of admission into the preschool. The preschool provides this form.
A statement of immunization must be on file within (30) days of admission into the preschool or a plan for completion of immunizations signed by the child's licensed health care provider. A Provisional Certificate of Immunization must accompany this form. Your physician will provide the Provisional Certificate of Immunization.
- Bible Center Preschool requires that all children submit a completed registration form at the time of admission. This form is provided by the preschool. A copy of the birth certificate must be submitted with the registration form.
- Attendance Requirements:
Children must attend the preschool a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Children must arrive by 9:00 a.m. each day.
A pre-admission conference is required prior to enrollment. Enrollment forms such as: emergency information, registration, general helps list, medical away from premises, and photo publicity releases will be given at this time. Parents are encouraged to bring the child to the pre‑admission conference. |
