A Beginner-Intermediate Exercise Class for Women

Tuesdays & Thursdays • Beginning February 25 • 6-7 PM

Fitness with Friends, led by Elizabeth “Poozie” Null, is a beginner to intermediate exercise program for women designed to create more efficient movement patterns that produce stability and mobility while lengthening and strengthening muscles.


13 Fitness with FriendsRegistration is required since limited space is available. Registration begins Sunday, February 16.

About Poozie

NullsPoozie and her husband, Jeff,  have  been involved in fitness for nearly 25 years.  Poozie currently owns and operates Massage Therapy and Body Work.  She has been employed as a personal trainer since 1990.  In addition to her massage license, she is certified by the ACE, AFAA, and Pilates Reformer to teach fitness classes.
