Health & Fitness Seminar
Thursday, January 18 | 6:30-8:00 PM | Join Pastor Mike as he puts on his “Trainer Mike” hat and walks through strength training, nutrition, cardio, and mobility basics. Let 2024 be the healthiest version of you! With years of experience working with clients and groups, Pastor Mike will give you some tangible next steps to increasing your energy and wellness.
Family Night / Talking to God Class
Wednesday, January 24 | 6-7 PM | Talking to God is our response to God’s Words to us. Misconceptions and questions about prayer and God’s involvement in them are all around us. We will take an in-depth biblical look at prayer in the lives of Jesus, Paul, and the early church. Light supper provided.
