Bike Park Waiver

Welcome!

When time and space allow, we are able to rent our facility to those who need rooms for various events.

What to do

  1. Complete the request form.
  2. Our facilities and calendar team will review your request (usually within two weeks) to determine availability.
  3. A staff member will contact you to discuss your request, needs, and fees.

Note: Please be aware that Bible Center Church does not host wedding receptions. 

Outdoor Areas

Currently, the outdoor areas available for reservations are:

  1. North Parking Lot
  2. North Woods (picnic area/fire pit)
  3. South Parking Lot
  4. South Lawn

NOTE:

The playground and Bike Park are available but are not reservable spaces. They are open to the public.

Guidelines for Outdoor Reservations

Please note that submitting a request doesn’t guarantee your reservation. A staff member will contact you regarding availability, further details, and confirmation.

  • Restrooms will be accessible through the North side entrance only. The remainder of the facility will continue to be closed.
  • Spaces may be reserved for up to 4 hours.
  • You are responsible to dispose of your own trash.
  • Be aware that others from the community or church family could show up to walk their dogs or let their kids ride bikes; also another group could be meeting in another area.
