SPAM Camp 2025

JULY 14-17 | 6:00-8:00 PM | AGE 4 – 5TH GRADE

Energetic music, engaging lessons and SPAM Camp (SPorts, Art, and Music)

Bible Center members and attenders

SPAM Camp will be as exciting as ever this year! In addition to great music and challenging lessons on how to grow our faith in Jesus, kids (K-5th) will choose an activity to focus on throughout the week while connecting deeper with friends and leaders. They can learn a new skill or enhance an interest they already have.

Kids ages 4-5 will enjoy special activities just for them and geared toward their age group.

Cost: $15 (Includes all of the week’s activities and supplies, snacks, and t-shirt). We want everyone to enjoy SPAM Camp; if the cost poses a hardship for your family, please reach out to Tiffany Korth.

Be part of the team.

It takes a small army to make SPAM Camp happen. We’d love to have you as part of our volunteer team to help our activity leaders. There are many ways to jump in, so come join the fun!

Have fun!

We can’t wait to see you! Once you arrive, our team of volunteers will get children checked in and make sure they know where to go. Allow a few extra minutes on the first night.

FAQs

What do we do when we arrive?

Enter through the front doors into the Lobby and check-in using the computers. If you need assistance during check-in, volunteers will be available.

  • Enter the phone number you used on your registration form
  • Select the children’s name(s) you are checking in that evening
  • Select the parent or guardian to contact in case of an emergency

What are the security protocols?

Drop Off – When you check in your child, you will receive two name tags and a pick up tag with matching security codes. One name tag must be worn on the back of the student so the leaders can see it. The other name tag is to be given to your child’s activity leader and it is added to the clipboard to create the roster for the evening.

Pick Up – The parent or guardian with the pick up tag will give the pick up tag to your child’s leader and they will match the security codes before releasing the child. Please enter the auditorium through the far right doors (nearest to the fire pit) and exit through the far left doors (closest to the playground).

What if my child would like to change events?

Because of activity maximums, it may not be possible to switch activities, but we will do everything possible to help your child have the best experience possible.

What if we are not able to attend all four days?

That is totally understandable. Come when you can. Please let your child’s leader know so they can adequately prepare.

Where do we pick up our child's t-shirt?

All t-shirts will be passed out by the activity leaders on the first day of SPAM Camp. Please encourage your child to wear their shirt each evening.

What if my child has allergies?

Please indicate all allergies on your registration form and inform your child’s leader during drop off. If you would like to send a supplemental snack for your child, you may do so. Please make sure it is clearly labeled.

Can I stay and observe?

Yes. You watch and take photos of your child while they participate in the event.
