About the Series

Easter/March 2024

The story of humankind is woven together by God who created everything. Out of His goodness, God created the universe and all that is within it—including humanity, intended to enjoy it. God created mankind with the ability to think, reason, experience emotion, and make decisions. Yet, they chose to rebel against their Creator, desiring His role. Consequently, sin entered the world, breaking everything, including the relationship between mankind and the Creator.

But God—in His goodness, love, and mercy—provided redemption. He sent His Son, Jesus, to bear humanity’s sins and triumph over death, so that all might have the opportunity to know God. Jesus not only saves but transforms lives, offering the assurance of restoration of all that has been broken. This beautiful gospel—the good news for all—is the essence of Easter, a celebration of hope for all of creation.

You’re invited to a one-night workshop where we’ll discuss questions like: Can I apply Old Testament promises to myself? Does Jesus really want me to “pluck out my eye”? If “I can do all things through Christ,” why is life still so hard? Why would Pastor Mike name his hamster Hermeneutics?
